The dashboard aslo gives you access to some of the most powerful web resources available - like property data from RealQuest Professional, or listing data from LoopNet. The Dashboard will get you organized - and keep you that way.

The Dashboard summarizes your analysis for quick Review and includes columns for Name, Type, Status, Price, Units, Square Feet, NOI, CAP, ROE, Cash Required and the Date last modified. You can sort the properties by any of these criteria, and compare up to 6 properties on the screen at the same time to see item-by-item how they Stack Up. Need to see the entire model? Just click on the icon and the model will open. Want to start a new analysis? Simple, just specify whether its residential or commercial and click GO.
